I had a deck built by another contractor and an engineer told me it was not up to code and built incorrectly.  I contacted Joe and I was simply blown away by his knowledge.  After looking at the deck he found affordable solutions and had a plan which did not require me to tear down and start over.  He came up with cost saving solutions by reusing some material already in place, without compromising structural integrity or quality.  Wow, I can park my car on this deck now.  Joe and his team installed support beams, hurricane hangers, stair and railing supports as previously they were only being held by a couple screws.  The quality of their final product is amazing, I am so happy I chose Terra Firma.  During the process I kept adding additional projects and without hesitation they were completed professionally.  They repaired a damaged ramp, installed new railings, added concrete footings and supports to a pool deck, adding other supports and encased posts that were starting to rot in concrete to just detail the variety of work Joe does.  Everything turned out better than what I expected and all at a fair cost.  No up-charging.  Highly recommend Joe and his team for all of your decking needs - new builds or repairs! read less

Then, our puppy immediately chewed a hole in our deck which also had to be repaired asap as it was a tripping hazard. We called Terra Firma Decking and they had someone available to fix it all within a day for a great price! They replaced the board with a hole in it and it is perfectly flush with the boards around it. Even better, they came and pulled up each board around the trees ad cut them perfectly without damaging the trees or the supports underneath. They were professional and flexible with their schedule to meet our needs. Highly recommend! read less
